Still plenty of grill days left. Next time you’re going to put some chicken on the grill, toss these few things in some foil for a delicious side dish.

- 1 lb fresh asparagus
- Olive oil spray
- 1 tsp fresh grated lemon zest
- Garlic salt (or lemon pepper)
- 2 Tbsp shaved parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
Place the asparagus on the foil and coat with the olive oil spray. Grate the lemon zest and dust with garlic salt. Salt and pepper and add the parmesan. Fold up the edges and seal the foil pouch.
Place the foil pouch on the grill for 15 minutes. Remove from grill, unwrap and enjoy! Just TWO POINTS for the whole pouch!
