This is the dressing I use for wedge salads, but it’s also great on really anything that needs a bit of flavor or a light sauce (potatoes, cauliflower rice, broccoli, etc…)
- Packet of ranch dressing powder mixed with 1 1/2 cup of water
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp shallot, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp fat free sour cream
- 2 tbsp Best Foods light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
Combine all and store in the fridge for at least an hour. Keeps for a week. 2 tbsp for 1 WW Smart Point. You can even have 3 tbsp for 1 point!!!
