Here’s a 5 minute treat.
- 1 slice of Sara Lee Delightful bread, toasted
- 1 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 3 oz smoked trout or salmon if you can’t find smoked trout (I buy mine at Trader Joe’s)
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 Tbsp capers
- Squeeze of lemon juice or a sprinkle of Hubby Chef Citrus Vinaigrette
- List dusting of salt (I buy San Fransisco Salt Company salt, it’s on Amazon Prime even!)
Simply place the ingredients as seen in the picture on toast and enjoy!
You can do this with smoked salmon, of course, but it’s slightly higher in WW points and some people enjoy trout more than salmon. Okay, I enjoy trout more than salmon.
